Recently, we were pleased to be featured in Channel U’s Money Week episode on 22nd Feb, talking about how we have improved our backend processes and systems via government grants (Inclusive Growth Program & Productivity and Innovation Credit) by going digital. Of course, while it’s great for our business to be able to streamline and upgrade the way we run things, the focus ultimately is still all about improving the experience so that we can serve you – our valued customers – better.

For example, prior to going digital, orders were taken through email, phone and even through SMS. Now, we have a lovely new e-commerce site where you are able to easily buy flowers and bouquets online for your loved ones. And instead of taking 3 days to process orders, it now only takes a day, thanks to our new automated system. (Which is how we were able to meet all your Valentine’s Day orders!) We’re always looking for ways to improve your experience – so feel free to leave your feedback for us!
