Can thrive both in full sun and low light.
Make sure that the top inch of soil has dried out before watering and avoid watering the center of the leaves because it will rot easily if kept wet.
The most suitable soil for Snake plants is an African Violet Soil Mixture with a bit of sand added for additional drainage. Alternatively, you can use garden soil with perlite or builder’s sand and a peat.
Fertilize once monthly with a quality houseplant fertilizer that is free of nitrates.
