Refund & Exchange Policy

All floral products are natural and seasonal in nature. As fresh flowers are organic products, variations in colour, size, bloom stage, and arrangement may occur and may differ slightly from the images displayed on our website. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Each bouquet and arrangement is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before delivery. However, should you receive flowers that are significantly damaged or unsatisfactory upon arrival, please contact us within the same day of receipt.

Exchanges & Store Credit

As fresh flowers are perishable products, we do not offer refunds.

Subject to assessment and circumstances, we may offer one of the following remedies:

  • A one-to-one exchange for the same product (subject to availability);
  • An exchange for an item of similar or lower value; or
  • Store credit equivalent to the value approved by our team.

Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable.

Reporting an Issue

To assist us in evaluating your request, please provide us the following and email to hello@kavaexperiences.com :

  • Your order number;
  • Clear photographs of the flowers and packaging; and
  • A brief description of the issue.

All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our team reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
